Partner Program FAQ
Do you work with agencies outside Malaysia?
Yes. We partner with agencies in Japan, Singapore, Brunei and across Malaysia. Most work is remote; for Brunei partners we can also meet in person from our Miri office.
Will you contact our clients directly?
No. Your clients stay yours: we do not contact, quote or sell to them directly. If you want us on a client call, we join as part of your team.
Can you work under our brand?
Yes. Partner work is white-label by default: no Cloudkia branding in deliverables, admin panels, emails or documentation unless you ask for it.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign an NDA before you share client names, briefs or designs.
Who owns the code and design?
Ownership of the work transfers to you (or your client) on final payment, as set out in the partner agreement.
How is partner work priced?
As a fixed project quote, a monthly retainer, or a maintenance and hosting plan. You set your own price to the client.
Which currencies do you accept?
We quote and invoice in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or US Dollars (USD), so partners in Singapore, Brunei and Japan can pay in USD.
What time zone do you work in?
GMT+8 (Malaysia time): the same as Singapore and Brunei, and one hour behind Japan.
How do we start?
